PassionStocks stores users' personal data and bank details for a period of six months after the account has been closed. However, financial information must be retained for seven years in accordance with legal requirements established by HMRC. PassionStocks is obligated to maintain records of payments made by and to the user during this period. This paragraph complies with Article 13(2)(b&c) of the GDPR.

PassionStocks also adheres to the California Privacy Laws under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). As of January 1, 2020, California residents are entitled to request access to their specific personal information collected by the business, including the categories of sources, business or commercial purposes for collecting information, and categories of third parties with whom information was shared. Users can contact privacy@passionstocks.com with any inquiries or requests for the deletion of information.
